I am not sure what you're trying to say. This is not the merging company... it is a temporary controlling company for the sell of the shell. There has been several newbies making the mistake of thinking this is the merging company.

The merger company HAS NOT been announced yet. This is the catalyst we are waiting for.

If chart folks want to only look at the chart without understanding what else is going on here... then so be it. I hope they win as well.
