It makes sense to either equal weight the sectors or weight by % of the S+P 500 starting out.

Going forward you can either rebalance periodically or use AIM but it makes no sense to use both except to rebalance after a few years.

The best performer with AIM might not be the best performing security. It might be the one that has the most volatility for AIM to work with.
