I wonder if, after unblinding, they cannot add the actual progression time of the pseudos (if any) of the treatment arm to the, so far, known PFS?
Adjustment.
And apart from that, the actual PFS time from the SOC/placebo pseudo's can also be viewed and eventually involved as well.
What would that be for a PFS? Giga i guess.

Another question: How will all other trials go in the future?
Do they only need to prove PFS (more than) for approval?
Seems strange to me.
The entire landscape of trials, PFS and OS has been changed by this trial.
Actually, new trials should only go for OS.
DC-Vax + SOC + Keytruda (CI) and maybe DC-Vax (D) alone in the future will rule the cancer world.
Maybe this is what LP had in mind. Also the undeniable OS.
She would never have made this with PFS alone.
She wanted it ALL!
