I took a starter on 1/15 when I saw Disanti filed for custodainship and it had this share structure. I bought more when I saw what company was merging in. I'll be buying more before the filings and PRs hit and depending on what the PR/filings are, I may grab another chunck.

My strategy here is to let it double from my average and take half off to ride the free shares to a 5 - 10 bagger. However, with this setup I'm almost considering letting it triple from my average before taking half off.
