All you conservatives are whining because Roberts simply followed established law - that precedence matters regardless of which side you were on in the original case. Precedence is established by the entire court, your individual opinion shouldn't count - once the court makes a decision you are supposed to be bound to follow precedence, which the other 4 judges ignored.

Ironic that you guys are making such a big deal of this because part of AMRN"s appeal lies in the fact that there's no precedence for what Du did to us, weighing SC's against each other - can't have it both ways, precedence either matters or it doesn't - leave the politics out of it.
