Insider Trading on the 26th of June the COO sold shares and today they are doing a public offering. F@## Me! If I was any of you I would send a complaint to the Nasdaq Market surveillance regarding Fridays notice of insider selling 69400 shares and today having an offering of securities.
Feel ripped off by this insider selling to unsuspecting shareholders.
Klein Lawrence Otto COO CBO. Hard to believe he was not acting on the capital raise coming out after he sold 69400 shares! ($5.2Million)
