Roberts didn't do anything but follow precedence - SCOTUS had already ruled in 2016 that an identical law in TX was unconstitutional. Have to admit I don't quite understand why it was - requiring hospital privileges in case something goes drastically wrong sounds like a good idea to me. Didn't Joan Rivers die during plastic surgery for a similar reason?
