Only at NWBO let’s see they receive 1.5 mil in return the unknown party dumps the shares on the open market and the company takes a 25 mil haircut to there market cap.

Have you ever read any statement from NWBO ever where they are aimed at shareholder's value ever? LP is only interested in 2 things:
* self-dealing deals which among other concerns getting as much as free shares for herself in as possible and getting a sweetheart deal on her Cognate etc
* getting L over the finish line.

thats it nothing else matters business wise
