He could do that but lose the market fluctuations that will occur & he'd miss. Plus, he has us to assist in further market development(pps). If We will be the experienced hands this is over a Billion it will make BIG news that will generate much interest which = demand which = rise in pps. We are the experienced hands ( he presently has)that will know better when to buy & sell as we go further down the road.
