I see it more like you do but a planned for derisking move that perhaps did not catch up with all the positive vibe this weekend is also possible. What is good about this is that more loose shares have been tied up into strong hands. The more shares taken away from penny traders and put in the hands of longs looking for longer term gains the better. The sooner the loose change dries up the sooner the institutional investors come in but many of them will still be hard pressed to understand the long term value of the platform until the pathway and timeline to realizing it is clearly presented by a credible source. Hopefully the SAP will help speed up all future trials and gain much more rapid access to Direct. Best wishes.
