TerraPharma on twitter says he thinks we have 30-40% chance of an appeal win, depending on judges. He then says he believes AMRN will launch their own generic if they lose.

Really wish I sold at $20+. Having to argue and interpret the fine points of case law while we have a CV game-changing treatment languishing is beyond maddening.

To survive REDUCE-IT, the FDA, and everything else thrown at the company, only to be struck down like Achilles when Du shot us in the ankle. Hard not to be enraged at the turn of events.

Now just hoping to see double digits again so I can make a decent profit on my $3 cost average. What a waste.
