I agree absolutely with Fish. Ferris has selected his BOD with the priority of having control over them. I have lived that in my last job that ended in January. So many similarities. As a shareholder in my company (it is an ESOP) I voiced my opinions and spoke directly to the BOD and we all work together, but they were all fearful for their job so did however they were manipulated. All the worker also fearfuI. I tried harder and louder to point out the issues but the CEO retired me. Problems solved and squeaky wheel gone. But I'm still a shareholder...... Based on what I hear from some of your all very thoughtful and enlightening comments, they need an overhaul, a replacement of folks...BTW: embarrassing to admit, been in this stock for 10+ years always thinking it's time will come. With this total lack of communication to shareholders in this current atmosphere, maybe it's time to bail.
