Hind-I'm not concerned with the panel--even if the worst 3 are selected I will not sell that morning, b/c prima facie of obviousness was destroyed by Singer. No panel can affirm a faulty finding of prima facie of obviousness (regardless of sec. con.).

Now if the panel during O.A. bombards Singer and serves generics with softball questions--then I say run for the hills.....
