I know the workings of this company well and they suck.

No deal ever goes through - they have two assets

1. Las Vegas Dispensary in a hidden part of town.

2. A 22k sq ft building that is only using 2000 of it for making Concentrates.

(worst part is - they make nothing- they buy oil wholesale to package and sell wholesale) nice sales - super slim margins)

They have never built out their grow (wasting tons of money on rent for last 4 -5 years)

Still owe owners 4 mil cash they cant pay from buy out

Vegas is hit the hardest financially with no tourist and 25% unemployment.

Corp office is UPS store in Miami

Read my post before -- this was easy to see coming

The group is really only two older white guys from east coast that dont understand this business but they do understand how to make this their last big scam. very creative on their press release and have gift of gab when being interviewed.

It wont go bankrupt and they can sell the two assets for about
15-20 million.
