1.the market is built up substantially more for the H&R.

2.AMRN will spend the money to promote..it's not just DTC but 800 sales reps and maybe more...AMRN can realize some profit ( read the story of the little red hen)

3.H&R get a 6 month lead which is a huge deal...in six months H&R will have placement in all the Biggie's...how many different generics of the same drug do you think Walgreens carries?

4.AMRN will have a bright future and start looking at other indications without the generics looking over their back.

5. The stock Price..oh the stock price.

6..the board will figure something else to debate to the nth degree.

7.last but not least CVD will have a super star drug.
