No, I think that the 2 illustrations that you see here are the new 500,000+ Square Foot R&D facility.

And on the map, I believe it would take the place of what is currently to the west (left) of the "big warehouse for dry commodity storage".

BTW: I sent an email to the author of that article, indicating that I believe his article is incorrect in reporting it as a 50,000 sq ft facility.
