Forgive me for saying this, but I am not so hot on a settlement as I was previously...especially if the Generics are allowed to market prior to 2027...

I think that judge Du was an aberration...After reading Singer's rebuttal brief, I am 75% sure that Amarin will win the appeal....Winning will open several options including a much improved BO offer and an impetus to spend hundreds of millions for marketing in the U.S. over a period of more years...this will develop Vascepa's rightful status as a blockbuster.

Call me a gambler but I agree with JL that is an asymmetric bet.
