This is my logic (or lack thereof):
City Councils typically move slow however they are capable of moving very quickly when confronted with an upset public.
The most powerful disrupter is BLM and they can make any city council act in a big hurry.
VirTra fits perfectly with what BLM is selling.
Can you imagine how powerful a VirTra/BLM partnership could be?
Ferris needs to reach out and bring them in. Appoint one to BOD.
Can Our CEO grasp what is so obvious?
Can he adapt?
Can he get his head out is his.......
