Furthermore, if the reduction of the AS results in an AS that is still greater than the OS then no RS is required nor would it be logical. Most of the tickers RS to reduce the number of outstanding shares. The accurate SS (which is yet to be truly verified) will appear when filings drop. As of right now, it appears to be 70/400 mil issued with no change and no FINRA action required. All IMO of of course.
