I would certainly love that and I do appreciate your optimism, and likewise I have similar confidence that if possible, LP will certainly want to do as you suggest.

I am just always cautious with predictions in writing. I put my money in for my predictions. :)

I did buy more not that long ago, which was a happy move so far.
