Re the 50% tax bracket .
For many years in New Zealand ...once you earned over $50K a yr your tax jumped to 50% of income.
In Australia ( near by ) you had to earn $75 K a year before your tax jumped.
What did college grads and other high earnings do ....... they moved to Australia !!!

The pt of my post was to say that if you ran the healthcare system like a business ....the bottom line is you have to provide care for the uninsured if they are dropped at your ER ......then provide low cost Vascepa to all who fit the R-IT profile .
