Why would the same people saying the generics are infringing on R-IT want to settle?

If AMRN loses appeal why would they not want to stick around and do DTC and promote the h e double toothpicks out of V?

Are you saying the US market for V for the R-IT indication is intact?

If what North and JL say is so practical in real life then losing the appeal only effects marine...we should be full steam ahead regardless of appeal outcome.
