Agree great post. I’m not so sure the data lock will be a non-event. We’ve been waiting well over a decade for this moment and the data lock means that it is officially here. Not saying that we double before TLD, but a short squeeze is certainly possible. The other thing to keep in mind is that the data lock also means that the results are unblinded to the company. So if there are any buy out discussions or even press releases about key statistics (e.g. survivals) prior to the TLD that could also cause a major run up before the actual final results are released. In addition, information has a way of getting out before TLD, especially to big players, so I think the 3-4 week period following data lock is going to be very interesting. Or I just jinxed it and we’ll still be at .37 the night before TLD ;)
