Well what if all 99 progressed a and only 66 crossed over because they were sick but not dead. Progression to muddy to workout blinded especially with pseudo. We need to match OS with progression to figure actual progression. What if only 66 progressed and 33 didn't. I doubt it. All but small outliers likely progressed from the 99 IMO. But the median for os or pfs is not going to be a measure I am excited about. What prevent are alive at 5 years period. Easy number and irrefutable in my opinion. Your either dead or alive.
