Lem, the way I see it is go for the win. In an event of a loss, make a deal for the RI indication with all the generics. Get royalties from all of them that you will partially use to promote V. It the best option in my opinion because it gives everyone more money. No one makes more by fighting it out because the market won't grow. Every gets a piece of a much larger pie with RI on the table.
