SCAMydx almost at 10,000,000,000 share issued. OUCH!
Last 10-Q posted back on 11/14/19 denoted 5,901,262,090 shares issued, which did not include the 1,750,000,000 shares reserved and held by YCIG/Yazbeck...so the outstanding total on 11/14/19 was actually 7,651,262,090.
If we assume 75% of the total trading volume since then (2,604529,062) has been dilution...that adds another 1,953,396,797 shares issued since 11/14/19. Making the issued & outstanding total of SCAMydx shares currently sitting at 9,604,658,887.
If we assume just 50% of the total trading volume since then (2,604529,062) has been dilution...that adds another 1,302,264,531 shares issued since 11/14/19. Making the issued & outstanding total of SCAMydx shares currently sitting at 8,953,526,621.
Either way, SCAMydx only has 3.95%-10.5% stock available for issuing moving forward. Toxic lenders are tearing through remaining shares.
If we assume a low daily dilution of 3,000,000 share average...SCAMydx only has 131-348 trading days left before maxing out. I predict SCAMydx will exceed that and max out in 2020, and the entity have it's Nevada business license revoked 1/1/2021, prompting an immediate de-listing of the stock.
