If I'm correct, the cross over would occur where you're saying two months after the first set of injections at week 8, 16, etc. I think that initiates the crossover treatment about 6 months into the trial. I would expect that by that time a substantial number would have passed away. I don't know that all that didn't crossover passed before then, but I also believe I heard that patients in the trial wouldn't get the treatment if they're extremely ill, if that's true it might also explain them not crossing over.

I certainly don't know, but I believe that very few if any current survivors or survivors for 5 years or longer during the trial didn't get the vaccine either up front or on crossing over.
