We have $161m market cap .. if he dilutes the full $24m, that’s 15% ... not even close to ‘the crap out of’ ... that should be reserved for other OTC stocks and some NASDAQ stocks that I can think of who’s value is something like $10m and they dilute for $5m ... these are the companies whose all time charts are 100x lower than where they started ... not massively higher as KBLB’s is

The only thing that I hoped for in this situation differently would have been to have a Milliken step in to do this to join the ride up. With only Maxim, there is good possibility that this coming run up to new all time highs will fully retrace before he can get to a substantive 1st delivery with payment.
