Sorry, but that, like so much, has NOTHING to do with COOP...

...the discussion was about the amount that some assert are being paid by the Underwriters in regard to the Alice Griffin appeal (AIW).

...and then re-direct to the amount the WMILT and the Underwriters have paid for the original objection.


...one such was $800,000 (8 lawyers at $100,000 per day LOL), previously $50-$60,000; it hops all over.

...and nothing verifiable; from one's perspective of overheard of opposing counsel estimating debtor/WMILT counsel's estimated legal fees.

...this has nothing to do with such discussion.

This should make every one here sick, just to go to our Fiduciary Lawyers that stuck it to us at every turn. What a law suit that will be if this doesn't resolve this soon.
