Hey jasbg, no such thing as an unfair question with me.

My stated preference is settlement because that provides certainty, and Amarin can then renew its focus, mojo, and vigor. I never said that if oral argument is granted, it is 100% reverse. I said that the chances of granting oral argument are near 100%.

As to reversal, I see that is a 50-50 type proposition, which is one of the reasons why I favor settlement. I think an appeal loss would be excruciating pain for the shareholders, who have suffered a few too many harsh blows already.

Very well put about 'One Big Questionmark' as to where Amarin is going. It seems like everything they do is behind closed doors, so it very hard to forecast exactly where they are going.

Without the benefit of hindsight, the best course for Amarin is settlement. The next best is a reversal, only because there is no way of forecasting the chances of success. Truly a dice roll.
