I think it will get approved, but it is going to take awhile. Some of burbas old patents took 5+ years. Burba worked with Harrison in 2014, a year after Harrisons patent applications were filed in 2013, so he was familiar with his work and is still confident IBATs patents will be approved. Hopefully a positive development in the licensing agreement with Ensorcia ( and more licensing agreements after that) will move this stock up while we wait for the patent to come along.
