...to stay in Class 19.

...they have only filed 1-3 page JOINDERS (per PACER).

...a JOINDER is a 'template document to such firms.

...BTW, the firm representing them REPRESENTED THE EQUITY COMMITTEE at first.

Then please tell us EXACTLY what they are spending big money for to stay in CLASS 19 when you indicated class 19 will get nothing.

PUT IT IN BLACK and WHITE why they are still fighting to remain in a WORTHLESS CLASS

...could you put in BLACK and WHITE how much the are spending and what court filing, other than a JOINDER, they have done on the appeal?
