I asked for a name.

I want to know what potential "GOP" (Company 2) can't sign a deal on their own without including Company 3.

That's KW's excuse why no partnership has happened yet -- Company 2 needs to sign a deal with Company 3 -- sounds like small-market players to me.

I called them "Bob's Bandages" before -- Who is "Bob's Bandages?" There are HUNDREDS of them. The top 5 like Stryker or DePuy Synthes wouldn't need a "Company 3" for anything, IMO.
