Ex, as I understand it, without specifying a soft or hard DL, DI recently told several posters that NWBO will PR the start of DL. As far as I know, DI did not tell the posters that an unannounced soft DL which always precedes a hard DL exempts NWBO from issuing a PR that heralds the replacement of the soft DL by the hard DL

I therefore don't believe that NWBO has as yet satisfied its obligation to PR one of the two DL stages (most likely the hard DL) by sneaking an unannounced soft DL ahead of the hard one.

LP knows how to play defense and may be capable of unorthodox behavior but I don't believe that she would be capable of being so disingenuous and sneaky.
