Probably not a R/S won't happen here. Companies don't do a buyback and R/S this is really not a concern at this point. Look for the buyback to get extended this month. Henry said I will try very very hard not to meaning last resort if buyback doesn't work out. Henry knows he will never get the R/S approved anyway no way he will get the votes for that. As long as there is a buyback in place then that will be the method Henry uses to reduce the share count. Henry has been trying to activate these funds for 2 and a half years. People still don't seem to understand how significant this news is. Time will tell as always but the chances are good that $PHIL turned the corner in a big way.
