Agreed Trocprofit. If we don't get a PR about a delay within the end of next week (about 1.5 weeks from now), I will assume that a soft lock is in place.

In that case, 3-4 weeks from now I would expect a PR that the announcement of TLD will be delayed or that a hard DL lock has been initiated.

Bottom line:
1. a PR of a delay within the next 1.5 weeks = the worst news.
2. No news within the next 1.5 weeks = soft DL = better news.
3. A PR of a hard DL within the next 1.5 weeks = the best news.
