1st the PTAB would destroy chanbond, that didn't work out, then the Judge would destroy chanbond, that didn't work out, then the court of appeals would destroy chanbond, that didn't work out, and so on and so forth. I guess all hope in the "patent troll" being destroyed in the court process has been lost at this point so the only thing.. .
