alm2, I suggested this kind of flagrant mistake to Bouf, and he suggested that I work my congressmen to change the law(s). I don't know, are criminal cases handled differently from our type of case law? If a defendent's death sentence is appealed, and a new witness emerges claiming they were a witness to the crime, what, the court would say, "sorry, too late?" IMO, it's the difference between Justice an injustice.
