Raf, I think the chance of reversal is high. I don't think the appeals court will want to set new legal precedent as to how secondary indicia are weighed. Settlement is not easy to guess at. It would appear Amarin has no problem with settling. Hard to tell where the generic companies stand. I give us a 70 percent chance on reversal. 30 percent on affirmation. Setting a new precedent might be more important for the generics then having access to generic Vascepa. Settlement ?
