But it seems LP has been executing her moves very subtly but at the same time very calculatedly one after another for quite some time now: home runs, pedal to the metal, additional home runs, Duffy hire, SAP completion, Duffy leaving, interesting and exciting ASM all to build a big fat tail, and once established fat tail then onto freezing warrants, announcing tentative DL and TLD, eliminating CFO, 10Q suspense and on and on. These are just within her power. There are other climates favoring her: FDA's commitment to Effectiveness of Efficacy guidance, Wisconsin congressman moving a bill, GBM awareness Day approaching, and virtually no competitors but all those successful CIs better combo up with DcVax to stay in business instead of losing all to LP and on and on. I think there is nothing stopping her. Bad karma to the shorts!
