Tax claims can be surprisingly large even for small companies, especially transfer tax disputes that can reach back many years. But those kind of disputes can take years to resolve, certainly not weeks, so I doubt that's the actual reason for the delay.




absolutely 100% correct.

I can tell you from first-hand experience with the German tax office in Franfurt AM that the German tax office is quite lenient (if you are not a crook obviously). They are really prepared to offer a settlement and more important to give a company a very long stretch of time to sort stuff out.

The German tax can only be about unpaid tax on wages/pension of NWBO GMBH employees and or VAT return since NWBO did not sell anything but only purchased stuff).

As I was saying make a reservation on the balance sheet for 350k (?), have your tax lawyer sort it out and move on..
