Let's_not_forget, DOCSIS 1.0 & 2.0 don't qualify. Don't mean to be a Saturday morning buzz-kill, but will be disappointed because inflating the total number of infringing modems. The infringement only occurs and begins with DOCSIS 3.0 and extends from the original patent filing date. Remember reading about "The original" filing date of the primary referenced patent. Or something like that, but has extensions of time. Over 200+ million units (as of now) is the total number of modems Arris has sold since their inception.
