I guess this could be interpreted in more than one way. I interpreted it to mean they need to file a new Form 211, as in the near future, but it could also be referring to the form that was prepared after the suspension.

I am not being negative--I have no worries about the the 211 not being approved. I just think there are circumstances that may have held up the filing of the 211, one of them being that they haven't filed the 10K yet. Is it possible that you could call Glenndale again and see where things stand?
