These two companies 'Exists' on the basis of 'Their Lawyer teams' (as you point out) 'Steeling from the companies that payed for developing the drugs.

For Amarin (and all the rest of us shareholders) the Patent Case was in the first place not reasonable - and the loss was a Catastrophe' of unseen dimensions.

For the generic lawyer team - it is what 'they do all the time' - what they have specialized in' - Just another Win'.

They are soon on to the next case (the next drug) where they observe a possible legally weakness (possible win) to make money of yet another Generic Drug 'early' onto the market.
