Hasn't sprouted wings yet to fly. MM's will glue wings to it when they are ready to get a generous return on their invetory of shares they are building at this $.005/$.0055 level.

WHEN will the MM's be ready to gain a generous return on their cheap shares? When people quit selling shares to them at this cheap price.

Patient is called for in this stock. It'll pay handsomely, if you're patient. Need to get through TAX LOSS selling first, among other things.
