How is it "water under the bridge" when Kelly "ill-gotten gains" Whelan can use the notes she generated through the illegal sale of unregistered securities to convert to majority ownership ofBIEL. This is an active topic, and Dr. Staelin should show leadership and negotiate the value of the notes down, and/or remove or reduce the convertible value the Kelly enjoys through self-dealing with her dad.
