I have 3 children (all busy middelage with children of their own - my grandchildren).

Often I mail them with something 'Important' (I think) - and I talk to them weeks later - they haven't read the mails.

So Yes' Information Overload is a problem for just about all of US and surely must be for a busy company getting loads of mails everyday.
