I do remember with previous pink stock company decided to give out some dividends. So all shares were counted and shorts who previously had shorted them need to buy back in now time. In recent PR the man who in charge of PCSO mentioned that all dividends that accumulated interest for over 10 years will be send in due time. If so, we shell see all shares (naked) come home.
