Those Chatham House lectures ended up being leaked — which really sux because a key feature of Chatham House discussions is to be off-the-record to encourage unvarnished honesty among ruling elites.

I couldn’t have imagined that he (Horton) would say such a thing, he used the word “criminal.”

I saw this video when it came out but didn’t post it because I couldn’t find any source that confirmed that the private conversation had been leaked. I guess the former French Minister of Health and candidate to head the World Health Organization is the kind of guy who knows guys who sit in on these kind of elite conclaves.

I try to have independent or reliable confirmation on stories like this before getting too carried away because sometimes these kind of leaks are disinfo campaigns that are intended to get people to overreact so they can be discredited when the original story is shown to be false. I think I’m probably being overly cautious in this instance and appreciate that you shared it.

LF, are you familiar with Cecil Rhodes and Lord Milner’s little plan to bring the US back into the UK’s orbit and run an AngloAmerican empire back at the turn of the prior century?

Chatham House was the UK think tank through which their propaganda and policies would be settled upon, while the Council on Foreign Relations was the American branch. Canada and Australia have similar think tanks. Not sure about New Zealand. However, they are part of the Five Eyes surveillance network that keeps tabs on the whole world’s communications.
