565M could have been diluted but wasn't because he does care.
he instead converted the shares to 5.6M preferred restricted shares.
ceo's looking to cash out don't restrict shares.

he gave himself 8,1M shares could of been multi millions but didn't...

andrey could of closed the business completely but has chosen to cost-cut in the near to medium future 1-4yrs is medium to short for me. "its been 2 yrs"

andrey could of walked away with 3.3M value add to his net worth but chose not to.
andrey lives in a paultry 600k valued home with a business that was generating 1.4M annually.

other than communication/silence hes acting in a caring capacity while he works to transform the company.

life sure is boring without failure or bad paths i can vouch to that.
